Southend Fringe Festival is based on the same basic premise as the fringes in Edinburgh and Brighton. It is open access and covers all forms of arts and media, in line with the main Southend Festival which is now in its 7th year. The festival kicks off with a craft fair on Saturday 6th June 2009, at the lovely Chalkwell Park in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex and Future DayDreams will be exhibiting for the first time this year. The festival will run through until Friday 26th June 2009.11am-4pm
